The third of the four review severity levels our rule engine emits. It marks a finding our rules treat as materially risky: an interaction between two entries, a route or vehicle mismatch, or a stated quantity falling outside the range the source describes. The item can still be saved, but the engine is asserting the risk is real enough to require a decision rather than a glance. These levels are our machinery, not an external standard, and the rules behind them are at /evidence/rubric.
Flagged for specialist review
This entry describes something contested, or asserts a detail we have not been able to confirm against a settled source. It is published rather than withheld, with the flag visible, because an entry you can weigh beats a gap you cannot see.
Why it matters here
Caution is the level at which our engine stops describing the data and starts describing consequences, so it is the one to read in full rather than skim past.
What it is not
A severity level is not a probability: it describes how seriously our rules treat a reported effect or conflict, not how likely that effect is for any individual reader. It is also unrelated to the frequency wording used in side-effect listings, where very common through to very rare follows the EU SmPC convention, a separate scale with defined frequency bands.
