The lowest of the four review severity levels our rule engine emits when it checks a record or a protocol. It means a rule fired and produced a note worth surfacing, but nothing needs changing: a unit conversion made explicit, a storage requirement restated, a related field pointed out. It is a record that a check ran and passed with a remark. These four levels are our machinery rather than any external standard, and the rules behind them are published at /evidence/rubric.
Flagged for specialist review
This entry describes something contested, or asserts a detail we have not been able to confirm against a settled source. It is published rather than withheld, with the flag visible, because an entry you can weigh beats a gap you cannot see.
Why it matters here
An Information line tells you the check was actually performed, which is different from a field being silent because no rule covers it at all.
What it is not
Not a statement that anything is safe: Information means our rule engine had nothing to flag, not that risk has been assessed, and a record can carry only Information lines while resting almost entirely on low-rung evidence. It is also not an adverse-effect severity grade, which is a separate scale entirely.
