Stored at ordinary indoor temperature, taken here as a controlled 20 to 25 degrees Celsius with brief excursions tolerated. Pharmacopoeial definitions use that narrow band deliberately, which is why controlled room temperature and ambient are not the same statement. A room in a hot climate, a parcel in a van and a bathroom cabinet may all be ambient, and none of them controlled.

Why it matters here

Storage class is an input to the beyond-use date rather than a decorative field, and a room-temperature value does not carry the multi-week window that refrigeration plus a preserved vehicle produces.
