Can these run in one protocol?
Same body, not same vial — the syringe planner answers that one. Every pair is checked against class rules and curated pairs; a pair nothing covers says “nothing on record” rather than pretending silence is safety.

BPC-157 + TB-500no conflict on record
The most commonly reported repair pairing: different mechanisms (BPC-157 is gut-derived and angiogenesis-modulating; TB-500 is an actin-binding fragment supporting cell migration). No interaction is on record; the pairing's popularity is community practice, not trial evidence.
curated pair — complementary mechanisms, no interaction on record.

CJC-1295 no-DAC + Ipamorelinworks together
The canonical GHRH + ghrelin-mimetic pairing, routinely combined and sold pre-blended. Same-syringe compatibility is a separate question the syringe planner answers.
curated pair — the ghrh × ghrp class rule, on its best-known instance.

CJC-1295 no-DAC + MK-677works together
Different receptors on the same axis: a GHRH analog raises pulse amplitude while a ghrelin mimetic raises pulse frequency and suppresses somatostatin. Pairing one of each is the standard secretagogue protocol.
class rule — the mechanism is the textbook GH-pulse model.

Ipamorelin + MK-677caution
Two ghrelin mimetics drive the same GHS-R receptor. This includes MK-677 alongside an injectable GHRP — oral route does not change the receptor.
class rule — receptor duplication.

Injection burden
23–58 injections a week across the 4 injected compounds whose records carry a frequency.
MK-677: dosed by mouth or on the skin per the record — doses, but not injections.
Some of these can share a draw, which lowers the real count — the syringe planner works that out per pair.
